Qamar Tahasildar

Qamar Tahasildar is Senior Strategy Consultant at Eden Strategy Institute, with experience implementing strategic IT projects for large organizations. Qamar has worked on a strategy consulting project with Johnson & Johnson to analyse a problem in their hip implant value chain and proposed an end-to-end solution that would help them improve operational processes, and has also spent time at TNS where he analysed quantitative and qualitative marketing data.

He was previously a Business Analyst and Senior Programmer at Accenture, where he spent three years defining clients’ business requirements anad providing customised and innovative solutions that improved operational efficiencies. His roles included coordinating with consultants and technical architects, implementing key architectural changes to IT systems, supervising offshore QA and development teams, automating the testing procedure, organising and leading people development initiatives in projects of 200+ people, and conducting training and development sessions. Qamar holds a First Class Honours degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, as well as an MBA from Singapore Management University.
